Partner of Munita & Olavarría law firm. 

Founding partner, Mr Olavarria’s advisory practice includes collective bargaining processes and complex labor lawsuits. He provides legal advice on labor matters, social security, compensation plans and benefits.

Mr. Olavarría is professor of postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Law of the University of Los Andes, Chile since 2012.

Additionally, he was a Lawyer member of the Court of Appeals of San Miguel from 2013 to 2014, and the Secretary of the Board Directors of the Employment Lawyers Association of Chile (CEDET) from 2010 to 2012.

He has been recognized by “Chambers & Partners”, “The Legal 500” and “LACCA”.
