Partner of Munita & Olavarría law firm.

Founding partner, Mr Munita’s practice includes advice on contractual and corporate matters related to individual and collective labor law, both nationally and internationally. He also advises on complex litigation, benefit plans and stock options.

Mr. Munita has been professor of Labor Law in several Chilean universities. He is currently professor of postgraduate studies at the Law School of the University of Los Andes, Chile.

He has been a speaker at Chilean and International law conferences.

He has been recognized by “Chambers & Partners”, “The Legal 500” and “Who´s who Legal”.
