Law Degree from the Universidad de los Andes and Master in International Law from the University of Edinburgh.
José Luis de Marchena has developed his practice in labor law, and particularly in litigation, with a focus on fundamental rights violations, labor accidents, anti-union practices and the interpretation of collective agreements. He also has extensive experience in advising companies in individual and collective labor law and the legal validation of human resources policies.
In 2017 he was recognized in “The Legal 500” international ranking.
