Marcela Salazar has a law degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and a master in Labor Law and Labor Relations from the University of Sydney.

Her practice includes corporate labor matters, litigation and immigration issues.

In the area of labor law, she advises national and foreign companies on benefit policies and working conditions, the hiring and termination of workers, subcontracting and outsourcing, labor audits, social security, administrative filings before the labor authority, labor litigation, visas and work permits for foreign personnel.

In 2017 she was recognized in “The Legal 500” international ranking.
