Claeys & Engels launches chatbot to enhance client experience

Claeys & Engels, the Belgium leading firm in employment law, launched a chatbot to help answer questions about the upcoming social elections.

The chatbot, which uses natural language processing (NLP) from legal tech company to create a smooth user experience, was designed to answer questions about the social elections of 2020. It is available at (in Dutch or French) and enables clients to retrieve information about the social elections process, which starts in December, quickly and intuitively.

Claeys & Engels is betting on innovation to stay close to their clients and to find new ways to provide transparent information and has announced the launch of a second chatbot to answer questions about dismissal on .
